I also really don't know which proven striker out there, that we could have landed last Summer. We will be paying overs for whoever we do go for, and I feel that there only a couple around, that are worth being fleeced for.

This season especially when it comes, to playing in the Champions League. This possible when you can use upto 5 subs per game. So if there are a few younger players on the bench why not use them.
What is the point of putting players on the bench, if you are never going to use them. Much better to put players who will be used.

colesy every top quality striker is available. The only question is are we willing to pay the transfer fee. This time we should have gone all out and paid the money to get a top quality striker. This could have more than likely stop both Sergio and Jesus from getting injured.
