That type of scissor tackle should be outlawed and become a red card offence. Kev has been done by it a few times - the other night and Palace away a couple of seasons ago - and he's always going to be targeted as a player who likes to run out of defence with the ball and being hunted down by a chasing midfielder. The scissor tackle is dangerous as it traps the foot, and twists the ankle. It can easily be seen and punished by VAR. It's far more dangerous than a simple trip.
