Clash of heads. Hopefully just concussion but left the field on a stretcher in a head-brace

Worryingly that shoulder has been a problem for him for a few years it seems.

A bit of good news as the Athletic report today is pretty positive about it: "City sources are relaxed about Phillips’ injury, however, and he will be assessed before they host Crystal Palace on Saturday."

He put a post on Instagram yesterday saying he's fine but his head hurts. Better than it could've been judging by how serious it seemed on Wednesday night.

Ake seems to be very prone to injuries, which is a shame as he is starting to get in the groove now
