There is no way he plays tomorrow. 100%.

Id also be shocked if he played against Madrid.

Pep won’t want Madrid knowing his situation, coz if he plays or not will definitely effect how Madrid will attack us.
So by constantly saying, we’ll see tomorrow, isn’t a lie but gives nothing away to the opposition at the same time.

I still very much fear the worse for Kyles season. Hope I’m wrong.

While I don’t think he plays tomorrow Pep has zero record of covering up injuries…zero. He believes in the squad and the way we play.
 
don't expect to see any of Walker, Ake or Stones. Be interesting who plays for the EDs tonight-may be several youngsters on bench tomorrow.

Its crossing my mind that Pep might be losing faith in him after his sending off and a few other incidents off field.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Pep carried on with everyone is fit fit except Kyle and no comment on his expected return but it really doesn’t look like he has the type of injury that would keep him out for more than a couple of matches to me.

I go for a pint after most games, if Guardiola has a problem with that he can fuck right off, it’s none of his business.

I agree with this, there could be something going on behind the scenes, not just the injury. He’s so crucial to how we play with his recovery pace & defensive strength but it wouldn’t surprise me if Pep is making his feelings known. He took him out of the team when fit after the red card & it won’t have gone down well getting so involved in the tunnel incident at Atletico when injured. Thinly veiled attacks on his defending that cost us in big games v spurs/Liverpool. If he’s fully fit he plays, it’s too late in the season to be fucking about but I’ll wouldn’t be surprised if he’s started looking at long term replacements in full back areas with only having two established ones. He’s been phenomenal though last few years that’s why we are desperate for him to be fit
 
Stones didnt train yesterday but Ake did



Somehow were gonna need stones or walker to be fit for Madrid I pray one of them is ready because playing a kid would be a huge disadvantage

Egan-Riley and Wilson-Esbrand didn’t play at Leeds yesterday, most of the other juniors who have featured with the first team did. We could be short of defensive numbers on the bench today?
