We would dominate the competition from here on. I see us retaining the title next season

After that we were always going to have to hold tight - Inter were going to come at us and everyone was going to have to defend - they did brilliantly - Ok a bit scarily at times, and if Phil could have put that chance away it would have been a bit more comfortable - but these are the two best teams in Europe at this point in this season - it was never going to be easy - and you don't overcome a team like Inter whilst playing badly.

not just the energy, the quality of Inters' press was the highest we have faced, good post mate

My respect for Inter and Inzaghi has gone up and I very much hope the english media take note as well. Fantastic coach and team.
 
Forgot how bad the headache is after champagne, I didn’t drink too much though cos all the United and Scouse lot said it’s only an asterix treble and something about 115 charges.
