Havertz wasn't a total flop, he was thoroughly unspectacular at chelsea but he was still very young and had plenty of potential still, wasn't one of the biggest earners in the entire league and the team that wanted him was challenging for a title. They're not comparable situations.Havertz was a total flop that Chelsea were desperate to move and they got £65m for him and he is still on over £275k a week. We know Spurs are interested already but I'd expect Villa, Newcastle, etc. to also want him and they have money to spend. If Everton stay up again, they'd probably also love to have him. West Ham is also a club not afraid to splash some cash and he seems like a fit there. There is a lot of money to go around now and if/when City decide to move him on, I don't think it will be difficult to find a suitor.
You're naming also rans that might be interested in grealish, teams that aren't paying the kind of money grealish is on and cannot pay that kind of money. You think the notoriously stingy spurs, will willingly pay grealish 100k more than their highest earners? No chance. Villa and newcastle both have very well documented ffp concerns, yet you think they can find £10-15m a year in wages alone for a soon to be 30 year old grealish? Again, no chance.
There's a lot of money in the league but most clubs cannot spend it. It's going to be near impossible to move him on without taking a big hit.
