City should be able to get a fee around £50m and maybe £10m of that goes to Jack himself to cover some lost wages.

29-30 is still in a midfielders prime so a 4-year contract is a pretty safe bet.

Even 200k a week on a standard 5 year deal is over £50m. Add in your estimated £50m fee and thats already over £100m. You think a team not in the champions league will be willing to commit £100m on a 29 year old who hasnt scored a goal in over a year?

Lots of briefing against Jack with client journaliist online atm, andnall the wayward speculation why he isn't getting game time I ignore, but he can do a job for us stil land if the sale.is just to reduce wages and not football related we probably will get rid.

Loan deal gets us nothing and gets us nowhere. Any loan deal is not going to get us an offer, all it does is potentially save us a bit on wages and resigns us to running down his contract. unless he became a problem, that can't be more beneficial than having him in the squad.

Jack's A game won't materialise until Pep moves him inside. He's a far better option than Nunes, Gundog & Kovacic as a CDM IMO...
