Sterling is at least two or three levels above all the other England players. He's probably the only one who you expect to actually control the ball every time and have any idea as to where his teammates are while he's undertaking this difficult task

Becoming a very good defender unfortunately, always in the right position and very comfortable on the ball.

Funnily enough for all the talent Spain have, they are massively missing Silva.
