Very good time to play against him. Looks abysmal.Just hope Haaland is going to be fit for the Liverpool game as van Dijk in his current form is going to struggle

Much as I like Ake, it's patently obvious that he's not a left-back in any attacking sense, and it's chalk and cheese when you see Hernandez on the other flank.

With that said, he has been responsible for creating one of their very few chances. Also stopping the 3rd far earlier. He’s only one man so he can’t do it all on his own.
As much as Hernandez looks great going forward, he has brain farts in his game. It’s not every time that his pace bails him out. You watch Serie A like I do so I’m sure you’ve seen him more than a handful of times.

Don't think there's a side as powerfully athletic as France. They have such speed and power in all areas of the pitch, it's frightening.

True, it's also the case that Hernandez is playing with better players tonight than he usually does, and Ake is playing with inferior players than he normally does (Taylor and Simons have looked lost). Nonetheless, at the international level and Champions League level, Ake's ability in the final third becomes more of a concern.That I agree.
