Denmark v Ireland was shocking. Some decent saves by Randolph but fucking hell, Ireland's tactic of hoof to no one in particular soon became boring. I think they're fucked if Denmark score even 1 goal in the 2nd leg.

They'll have Hoolahan and Meyler in the second leg which should improve their ball retention, Long will probably start as well and he's a terrier for chasing hoofballs, wouldn't write them off.

We all know Irish football is shit. Hoof it long be competitive but Denmark were not much better. They have Erickson and he did little or nothing. The Irish set up is shit and people who think a Meyler or Hoolahan is going to make a improvement on this team is sadly way off the mark.

It wouldnt shock me if we get the win on Tuesday but we dont deserve it after tonights game. O Neill playing Murphy up front when Long would of been the best to be playing as a lone striker. There is a lot of deadwood in the O Neill squad but I just dont see him being the man to be able to build up a new squad. Yes were not the greatest yet we get results playing caveman football.
