Investigation in Liverpool's 'hacking' of our computer systems

No, but it is called shite security.
Ffs, something else you know fuck all about. Yes that is hacking & considering they were using current employees user details to log in strengthens the case even more that it was hacking (even without this, it’s still 100% hacking in the eyes of the law & the information committee)

What happened was nothing to do with poor security, but social engineering, which is a way black hat hackers get into corporate systems by using human interaction.

They penetrated City’s systems on over 80 occasions over a period of months when they had no right to do so. This is plainly & simply hacking. If you know fuck all about what constitutes hacking or corruption, please stop chatting total & utter crap which has no resemblance on reality & shows you live in a fictional world & live amongst with the fairies on your bicycle made for 2.

There is no such thing as a secure system in IT, unless it is a closed system without any access to the internet & all based off dumb terminals. If a hacker wants to hack you, they will. A Bit like car security. When a car manufacturer comes out with a new unbeatable security solution, it will take a car thief maybe 20 mins to break in first time, then 2 mins, then 30s. Same with IT security. So much so, instead of trying to stop people getting in (which is 1st line of security with firewalls) serious companies will use software to track what’s happened once breached to minimise effects, as they appreciate that you can’t stop a hacker breaching if they’re food enough & try hard enough.

RSA do this, a blue chip IT security company who got hacked. They tracked what happened when they were breached & minimised risk from here by finding that needle in the haystack of malicious code.

it was explained to me in a fantastically succinct way of, if you burn all the hay, all you’re left with is the needles

If you ask the ICO if what Liverpool did, you would get a clear & concise answer. Yes this is corruption in the English game what Liverpool did was hacking

You really need to take proper trolling lessons.

The two ex-employees who used a current employee's login details to gain access to our systems committed at least a Section 1 offence under the Computer Misuse Act, by going into a system they knew they weren't entitled to access. That's the minimum offence under the act and carries a maximum two year jail sentence.

If they gained access as a test, and intended to steal data, that carries a maximum sentence of 5 years. If they altered data or did something else that impacted our use of that system, that's the most serious offence and carries a maximum 10-year jail sentence.

It's possible however that the club, or one of our employees, were in some way negligent, which would have rendered a prosecution difficult. The CPS will only take a case if they believe there's a reasonable chance of conviction.
I don’t think he’s trolling. I just don’t think he understands what specific words mean, such as corruption or hacking

Every word appears correct which begs the questions, why have they seem to have gotten away with it? Why is nothing being done? Or is something being done out of the public eyes? Why is it taking so long?

We agreed to a £1 mill pay off so a done & dusted pal

You get very angry don’t you? Like a kid who wants to be heard but keeps on yapping without ever really saying anything that’s worth hearing. Corruption, hacking, hacking, corruption, and yet, not a dickie bird of anything worthy of note.

Have you read his earlier reply? He has gone to great lengths to explain to you what has happened, in context. What he has said is very much worthy of note!

Didn't they access City's system around 80 times in a six month period?
In which case that must prove they were intending to/or did steal data

Been looking at someone's post history:

  • Corruption in English football, most City fans are just paranoid and he is the big man for saying otherwise on their claims.
  • He reluctantly accepts it was the right call under the current laws but Rodri should have been deemed offside because he "rushed Mings". He can see why Villa fans are pissed off.
  • Liverpool hacking City was City's own damn fault, nothing to see here. He can't see why City fans are so pissed off about it.
Who is it? (No it's not Klopp)

I believe he thinks Foden is shite also.

Apparently saw him pissed on a train once, and therefore won't make it.
