iOS 7

Started downloading it around 9:46 and iTunes is currently ''updating iPhone software'', so just over an hour. Not bad I guess, considering what laughingly passes for broadband over here in rural Ireland (3mb).

I'm on call tonight and my phones been out of action since 10bells. Had to crank up the laptop to cover text messages.

At least it's on the black screen with the white bar sloooowly loading.
 
I am trying to find fixes for the 9006 error. I am trying to download the software only, (4 minutes left) and I will then go for the upgrade to my iPad. If it fails this time, I'll leave it until tomorrow.

Edit. Software successfully downloaded, which means The fix for the 9006 error worked for me.
 
Done. Nearly 3 hours in total.

Gonna take some time to get used to but found something cool. All the shit I've bought over the years on iTunes has appeared in my music and when you turn the phone to landscape it shows all the covers. Click on any and it opens it.
