Html5, I guess.

Go to veetle and check it out.

Just downloaded the Veetle app and yeah it's good
I prefer the website to the app, you might as well. It's optimized for iIpad and is easier to navigate IMO.

Just downloaded it myself, doesn't look quite as good as FM, but we shall see.
New star soccer is shit. Free app that requires you to pay a bit here and there to continue playing.

So who suggested this Coleco reject? Are the developers on Bluemoon?

A far better game is that RS2011, very much the same concept and far, far better graphics and controls.

I've looked at the iPad time and again, and other tablets. However, still not sure exactly what it is that they do that can't be done on a cheaper laptop.

So, and without any jokers coming on and slagging it off (I have seen it on other threads) - what is so good about the iPad - everyone on here seems to be a fan of it. Why do you have one, and what do you use it for? The guys I've seen using it on a train always seem to just be playing games on it, and it seems a bit expensive for just that.

i use mine when i have to work away from home

gives me access to the net, films downloaded to it, watch podcasts on it

i could use my laptop, but the ipad is lighter, smaller, easier to carry and fires up immediately for use inbetween sentences
have watched sky go whilst in boring meetings, come on bluemoon when 'listening' to others

FIFA, tiger woods, scrabble, sim city and tetris were all about 60p the other day. Worth buying.

I didn't bothe with MCFC app on iPad. It's an iPhone app, so you just have to scale it up on iPad. OS works well on iPad even videos.

Well. Which ever of you bastards suggested New Star Soccer, you are, er, bastards!

5 hours of my life lost yesterday to it and many, many more will be in future!!

Another fucking addiction. Thanks!

Bastards!

I don't think there will ever be flash. But veetle streams work.

You need an app called Skyfire to play flash on an ipad (cost £2.99) Use it like a web browser and it will load and play flash for you no problem

-- Wed Jul 11, 2012 9:42 am --

Couldn't live without it m8.....best invention since the wheel.

I don't have a pc or laptop and bought the iPad for my little girl and download all the education apps for her. Such a shame about flash though as she cannot play some of the games on her school website! Does anybody know anything about jailbreaking?

Don't do that, read the thread. There are browser apps that support flash. No need to jailbreak.

It was news to me as well.
