Iran Attack on Israel

You do know what Iran does in Syria and Lebannon, supplying and training Hezbollah and helping crush descent in both countries?
 
So, Israel just blew away Iran's best air defence systems, Russian S-300 batteries around Isfahan, with 30 year old missiles using recon drones launched by intelligence operatives in Iran - presumably to provide laser designation of the target.
A huge message to Iran on how far they are behind Israel in their ability to defend against israeli strikes.
And with last weekend, how far Iran is behind israel in capability - this is 30 year old Israeli missile kit - enhanced with drone reconisence, and it still got through - very little of your strike with your latest missile and drone kit got through.
Very clever whoever thought this up in the Isreael military.

As well as how far behind they are in attacking capability - this is 30 year old kit and it still got through - very little of your strike with your latest kit got through.

The dots are there but the bigger dots are the fact that Ukraine is a democracy that Russia is trying to crush it.

As to oil and gas in Gaza - Gaza is a 15km wide sliver if land and Israel is about the same size as Wales in terms of area. It is rich in oil and gas shale - currently unexploited. Gaza's oil and gas reserves are similarly in shale. It would be equivalent to the UK oil field in Dorset in terms of production if exploited - I.e. insignificant.

So yes I can see the dots but they are very tiny.

I'm guessing "we didn't steal it, and anyway it wasn't worth anything" is something the Israeli spokesman will be saying in the near future.

Schrodingers Israel strikes again. Simultaneously unorganised enough to blow up civilians, aid workers and buildings but also competent enough to make "clever" precision strikes that "show their power".

Frankly, absolutely nobody here knows what was fired or hit what or was shot down. Iran and Israel are telling completely different versions of events and most people will believe whatever they set out to believe because one of them is their favourite Middle Eastern football team. Sorry, war participant
