The boats were civilian, they weren’t attacked by Blue due to the original rules of engagement (have you even read your own links btw?). It wouldn’t have been possible in real life and the fleet wouldn’t have been so close to the shore.It would have been possible. Those boats can strike anywhere in the Gulf. The tactic was one of a swarm attack. It's even irrelevant today, because Iran doesn't even need to use these small boats. They can hit anywhere in the Gulf with even more powerful cruise missiles.
You're clearly unwilling to accept the facts. I've wasted enough time as it is.
Also the US wouldn’t need a single vessel in the Persian Gulf, check a map if you don’t believe me, let alone a fleet only several miles offshore.
As for cruise missiles, you may wish to read up on the US’s ship borne missile defence systems.
You have zero understanding of what the facts are but you’re right about wasting time, you’ve entirely wasted mine.
