Like it or not, the left in this country has an almost unhealthy obsession with all things Palestinian. Lots of merit in supporting the cause of course as well as merit in some of the criticism of Israeli leadership and its policy.

Unfortunately it neither stops at that nor does it come across as that with many and it is many, straying over the line in the sand to outright Antisemitism and yes, a hatred of Israel.
