I like threads like this about former players
You can always tell who is a likely candidate for future appearances on Jeremy Kyle, running their lives and emotions based around
"But he said this...."
"She said that....."
"It was him who started it...."
"I hate him/her....."
"He's a disgrace for his attitude (even though I am displaying a very similar one)...."
"I'm being hard done by....."
In fairness, Ireland and some former players at every club might display a simiilar, petty, pathetic attitude themselves when they leave.
However, what I don't understand is why people seem to care about former players so much when they leave (although they only seem to 'care' in a negative way) and are so desperate to 'hate'.
A player leaving then becomes a bit of a non entity in my book, with perhaps some special feelings remaining for a few certain players. If they have negative things to say about the way they left, which is always statistically going to be the case with a number of players, then so what. Unless they are absolutely ridiculous, who cares?
As in life, there seems a certain type of person who is desperate to 'hate' and feel persecuted.
We all remember you booing Dickov for scoring and celebrating for Leicester. Pathetic attitude to life imo.
