Both good players. Thats the only type of player we trade in now. Ireland found it hard to fit into the system Mancini wanted to play and deserved a move rather than to be left out of the side. Milner is a much more flexible player who our manager obviously feels fits into the system he intends to play, and I'm delighted we've signed him. Obviously the fee is rather large, but more often than not that is the case when we have bought from English clubs (Santa Cruz, Lescott, etc). I wish Ireland the best of luck at Villa, and think both players will be huge assets to their new clubs.
