Robinho couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag and Garrido seems to have little about him to. Sturridge was completely anonymous, he's probably disappeared up his own arse. Benjani is shite full stop but unlike Fernandes he doesn't try to make up for it by trying his heart out.

Yeah, should have brought on a player who hasn't played for half a year in a game of such high intensity. Chances are it would have taken him a while to get up to the pace of the game and we couldn't afford that risk. Then there is the chance that he might have got injured again because of being rushed back.

Bringing Petrov on would have been a huge gamble and you can guarantee that had it not paid off people would have been moaning.
