if you read stevies account of things is that he gave himself an almighty kick in the summer after the 8-1. the credit is all his, otherwise youd have to say that richard's decline in form is all due to hughes as well.

Just goes to show you should never write a young player off, so lets give all of our youngsters (Sturridge, Richards, Johnson, Caicedo, Evans, even Garrido) as much support as possible and who knows how far they can go?

Well said. If even two or three of these could improve the way Stevie has this year we will be moving in the right direction
 
In the Sky interview, MH gave him a 'Big-Up' for the PFA award announced tomorrow night.

In the 93rd minute against WBA, he sprinted up the wing [third game in eight days] onto Petrov's ball and gave DS a tap-in.

Superman is player of the season. And that's in a team with Robinho in it.
