FACT :_ The reason Ireland is playing poorly is becuase he is about the only creative minded player on the pitch. Nobody is on is wavelength. He makes great runs forwards off the ball and no one picks him out. Thats not his fault.

It would help if he stopped flicking balls on everytime the ball comes to him looking for that wonder pass. Its a simple game foootball that some people try and make difficult Ireland needs to learn TO DO SOMETHING FUCKING NORMAL

Too much moaning going on in this tread fucking hell get behind the team thats out there its not a hard thing to do. I wonder how long it will take some of you lot to slate Tevez when he goes into a poor patch or even the new fans favourite Johnson. All players go in and out of form its when they are out of form you hope players around them can help them out a bit. That midfield has some other players in it apart from Ireland who hasn't been preforming to the standard that we know they can do. Ireland is no way near the finished article at the moment but saying that in a couple 2-3 years we will be seeing the best of Ireland as a player were he will be a force in our midfield for years to come. The club can bring in all the best players in the world but what Ireland has shown and will keep on showing is he isn't scared to battle for his place in the team get behind him.

People should let him find his form. He isn't the sort of player that likes playing badly (I don't think many do), so i think he will be his biggest critic, and once he gets his confidence back (Which was what made him the player he was last year), he will start firing again.

Last night we created far more with him in the team than we did after he'd gone off. For a player who is out of form he still contributes more in an attacking sense than Barry ever will.
