Do we have any songs that reference Bacon Face's "not in my lifetime" quote? If i remember rightly, the quote refered to City finishing above the rags, which i don't think will happen this season. But we need to get a song prepared for next season! Unless, of course, he proves to be right all along, and he snuffs it.

Quite simple really...89 minutes on the clock at The Swamp, City 4-1 up on aggregate, and the singing starts:

"Die in a minute! He's Gonna die in a minute...."

More like 7+ minutes. Quality song though!

'You can stick your shitty banner up your arse'

i think singing their song against them (this is how it feels to be city) would be great. proper rub their noses in it but lets not get ahead of ourselves because i cant see us winning

what about '33 days and won fuck all' at the game 33 days after the final

This is how it feels to be city, this is how it feels to be small, this is how it feels when your debts are nothing at all

Some1 posted this a while back.

"This is how it feels to be city,
This is how it feels to be Manc,
This is how it feels when your clubs not owned by the bank, owned by the bank owned by the bank

and continue.........

34 years & we're still here,
34 years & the end is near.
34 years of f'king it up,
34 years without a cup.

34 years we've won f'k all,
34 years of sh't football.
34 years of getting it wrong,
34 years now this is our song.

34 years we've stayed loyal & true,
34 years & we're all still blue.
34 years of Unxxxd shite,
34 years we're about to get it right.

You know how I feel

It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life
For City
And I'm feeling good

Somehow I can't imagine 9000 pissed up City fans bursting into a bit of Nina Simone.
