I will be 50 this year, "only Bolton" however the most exciting performance/full debut I have seen for many years, Peter Barnes with two proper feet real pace, and can beat amen, and can cross the ball.
He also "appears" to have the most important attribute, strength.
Reminds me of Giggs at a similar age, no better compliment IMO.
Capello will be watching with much interest. Better than SWP, Bentley, Lennon, Downing, Beckham and Milner. Watched it with some very cynical Londoners tonight, and they were in agreement. They could not take their eyes off of him.
I don't think we can actually appreciate what we are seeing here. I cant believe i am saying this frankly. He looks the real deal.

I thought his delivery from set plays was decent. Better than SWP and Petrov imo.
