He didn't do that for England against Bulgaria and he hasn't done it for City so far this season.leighton said:Yes Messi might have all that skill and scores goals for fun. Leighton is still upset that Joe Hart is a better keeper than Given and takes his anger out on all English players

Im a dick for having a laugh? Fucking hell some blues need to lighten up a bit. Just look at the treads on Barry since the season started. There was one comparing him to Pirlo the earlier one to Lampard so the next step was Messi. A few games into the season and people are over praising him while the others have proved over the seasons for there clubs how good they are.

You ask messi to do the dirty work, sit in front of the back four, break play up, do the simple things that dont get any credit, then he cant hack it; it wouldnt work.
However, ask barry to hover, UNMARKED, on the edge of the box on the right side of the pitch, collect the ball on his right, move it to his left, drop the shoulder and cut inside before unleashing a sweet strike through a crowded box into the top right of the goal out of the keeper's reach then hey, gareth's your man

Barry is outplaying Messi atm, no one can touch Barry. Quite a suprise really.
