Is Chelsea on Wednesday the make or break match?

Chelsea may have won but they also conceded 2 against a championship side, 3 points are ours!

If anyone still thinks City can win the league they are deluded, the powers that be have ensured their product has been protected for another season.

Come on boys and girls, let's get an atmosphere like the 2nd half against Sporting from the very start.

Looking forward to it as it should be an excellent atmosphere, its a massive game.
But at the same time I am already shitting it.
atmosphre will be electric, like it was with the monday night game (i think) when lampard missed a penalty and tevez scored a free kick 2 seasons ago. it wont be pretty, but when we come through the next two games with 6 points, i think it'll give us the psycholigical boost going into the run in.

We need to win all of our games. The only reason we are in this predicament is due to complacency. At the end of the season the best team will win. If we want to be that team, then we need to show we deserve it by winning every game from here on in. It won't be easy, but we have a £500 million squad at our disposle. If we can't win all our games then fair enough to Man Utd. They would have deserved it.

Looking at how Stoke are playing against the dippers,I am more concerned about Saturday than Wednesday. City will just not like it at all at the Brittania. Tevez should start next Saturday

It would be incredibly surprising if the rags drop more than two points on the run in. They have nothing else to play for and they will be extremely focused from here on in. Fergie will have them up from the start and go for the kill each time. If they do have a weakness then its the defence bit their forward play easily off sets this. For me we've blown it at places like Sunderland and west brom. We need to learn from this season and with a couple of wingers well be even better next year.

Saying all that im aware miracles do happen.

Said this a few weeks ago, was more worried about the swansea and stoke games away rather than the arsenal and chelsea games. not won at the brit since they were promoted, its just a hard place to go.

I take this comment back after watching them in the second half, score first and we'll be okay. so frustrating watching stoke lump the ball in the air every time they get it

They are pretty much all make or break matches now. Think we will probably need to win 9 out of the last 10 to win the league and obviously the derby can't be the one we don't win.

If the players aren't up for the run in then we wont win the league.

One more performance like Lisbon away (and the first half at home) and the debacle that was Swansea away then we will become also rans for the title.

The remaining games will prove if our players have the stomach for the fight but the fans have a part to play as the atmosphere against Sporting in the first half was nothing short of pitiful.
