Following the events of violent insurrection in the US just over the past 12 months its clear the US is creeping ever closer to a full blown fascist state. There are rumours that there are factions within the US army are ready to defy the current US commander in chief and support the previous disposed one.

The rise of fascism is happening all over the world Turkey, Hungary, Brazil, India, China, Russia and course in the UK. In particular in the UK we have a government that wants to overturn a jury lead court case because it doesn't like the outcome. Or remove free testing for Covid kits so that it can pretend the pandemic is all over and it no longer exists.
Maybe I am missing something but>>>

Fascism it doesn't goose step in with jack boots more creeping in with carpet slippers

Yup. We are in some crazy times. Hard to believe there are so many stupid right wing fuckwits. Where are you seeing the rumors about the US army btw? America is only going one way. China will be running things sooner rather than later.

It was reported on US news channel not Fox of course. Multiple ex army people saying that there were factions in the national guard willing to defy Biden and support Trump.

No its not but charging for a kit that is necessary to track a virus spread by a global is an attempt to supress data.

What do you think the consequences will be for those in poverty?

Do you really think that someone in working poverty can afford to buy a kit to tell them they can't work and are going to be impoverished further by having to rely on sick pay? Whilst as the same time that they can't afford to heat their homes and feed themselves properly?
 
Those in power have seen that all over the world many are angry and stressed and of course they've decided to exploit that for themselves posing as the voice of the people against 'do gooders who hate you'. Of course their maniacal hatred for the little people is infinitely larger.

You’ve made up your own reasoning as to why they’re doing it and you’ve made up your own definition of fascism.
