I love swede.

Especially cut like thick chips, par boiled, shaken about in a bowl with spices and a little oil and then fried/roasted in the air fryer.

I like mackerel because when I have it on toast in the t bar at work and folk object to the smell, I can apologise and tell them it's a tin of fish cunts. Shuts them up, and it's only gone formal with HR once so far.

Go for it.....I have a couple of bags of big frozen sardines in the freezer but the wife refuses to cook ' that smelly shite..' Lovely grilled with garlic, salt and olive oil.
