He's 36 stone. Britain's fattest bloke weighed around 60 and was bed bound so has a lot more to go.

That pic is taken from an article reporting that they were both banned from taxis because they broke the suspension. She weighs 19 stone.

He probably has issues with his knees and other joints, but I'd imagine he does so little physical activity that it doesn't affect him that much.
