One of our lads threw a lighter at evra so cant really complain.
Hardly going to course as much pain.

Well thats OK then? If our own fans cant behave then why should we expect everyone elses to?

Bit hypocritical really

And what happened to Garrido at the scum going into tunnel at half-time in first game.Has that been forgot about

Not being funny but do you seriously think someone made of the stuff that Craig Bellamy is would let a little coin and a plastic bottle throw him off his game. I think not. We got beat because as a team we were not as good as them.Simples

The FA believe the police and security arrangements were good and all reasonable attempts to quell crowd trouble were taken. They will leave the incident in the hands of Greater Manchester Police, who have arrested two men in connection with throwing missiles.
Two men?

I counted at least six different objects thrown at Bellamy on the video. Two bottles and four coins/stones, all from different angles.

How is their security OK if people got bottles into the ground? Could have been a lot worse for Bellers.
And imagine the shit kicking off if one of our fans had thrown a bottle at Rooney???

Werent people throwing things at Evra in the first leg, with him getting hit by a lighter?
But Evra wanted a cigarette so that incident doesn't really count. As for Man Utd, perhaps a 20 point deduction and elimination from the Champions League would do for starters.

Didn´t stop him taking a corner though in an advantageous position - Evra was a throw in and it was one relatively harmless object NOT a reigning down of potentially damaging metal and glass projectiles - theres a very dangerous precedent for the ref preventing Bellers taking the kick - in essence the ref bottled it as frankly he should have stopped the game and even taken the players off - that´s what would have happened in Spain - straight off NO fookin messing!

At the end of the day it was 1 lighter at Evra so it was safe for him to take the throw in.

Bellamy was still getting pelted even when he was on the deck
