The new reality - the populous watching Premier League games on TV for the next 12 months at least.
It's a win-win for all the scumbags involved - the clubs get their TV money - and the TV companies get their TV money from subscription take up.
A clear admission on their part that the game doesn't need fans inside stadiums anymore.
Their ignorance will be the blowback. People not able to afford to watch, so will use different sources, and those fans giving up their tradition of going to games when the stadiums are reopened.

Someone said it before, but if anyone thinks that football fans are going to not go to their clubs stadium, or at least city centre.. in huge numbers to celebrate a league win/promotion.. then they are beyond stupid.
We don't have the police numbers to be dealing with tens of thousands of scousers descending on Liverpool City Centre when they eventually win the league. Its madness.

Sadly for the dippers they aren't Champions, they have not mathematically won the league, so if null and void is the answer then there are no premier league results this season that count, same with the FA Cup, however as the Community Shield and League Cup were played to a conclusion then they stay in the record books. Before Covid once Liverpool got so far ahead of us they were not awarded the league, they had to get the required distance point wise ahead so unfortunately it rolls on to 31 years for the scousers....
