We lose a match the mongs come out of the woodwork "Sack him" we win where the fuck are they!

I am sure there are a few multi users on here

I know for sure that this forum will be on idiot factor warp speed for the next few days

and no I was not happy with today but the answer is not to keep sacking the manager

what is the answer then ?

The answer is to work on the problems that we have with our away form, and keep working on it until we get it right! The same set of players can win at home why not away?

Yeh lets keep plodding along with no improvements whatsoever for the months and months.

Why are we still shit on Corners/Freekicks/Throwings? because we dont fucking work on them.

Why cant we break teams down? because we play too many defensive players.

Why do we rarely keep clean sheets? because Hughes still doesnt know how to balance his team even after nearly 8 months.

We haven't improved as a team for ages and its frankly appalling.

Everybody keeps saying sack him because he isn't a good tactician, personally i dont think it is to do with tactics, Robinho and Elano etc don't need telling how to play football. Its about Man management, making a player feel confident and good about himself, making him want to work his bollox off for you, making him feel wanted. Although maybe a little early to judge but take Jo as a example, he looked rejuvinated last week. Hughes has not got the ability to make players feel good about themselves, he isnt the type to put a arm around there shoulder and to give them the extra boost they may need, he is as we can all see a dour welshman. Im my opinion he would probably be a great number 2 as i see him as a great trainer and fitness coach, but he isn't the man for getting the best out of world class players, Martin O'neil, Maurinio, who else...maybe give swanseas manager a crack at the big time until summer...

def time to sack hughes and bring in a high profile manager, splash out the cash on jose mourhino, city will always be a mid table team as long as hughes stays in charge. we have to many away games and with the table being so close its to risky to keep huges, this has been a waste of a season no progess made wot so ever

but he has been workng on them all season and still cant work it out

I used to be a hughes supporter,i even said at one point that he should be given two seasons not one-but now i'am not so sure he can turn this team around and he should go.Yesterday fans on the forum where getting excited at going and finishing 7th or even possibly 6th! now tonight fans are posting that we will be lucky to stay up ! My gut tells me that things in the dressing room are not what they should be (of course i have no proof of this-it's just a theory),if that is the case then lets face it,the club is in deep shit and we could possibly need a caretaker to the end of the season.I will get hammered for these views, but fuck it,i needed to get it off my chest because i'am so fucking angry after todays game.(and before anyone accuses me of a knee jerk reaction i have been thinking along these lines for a while now.)

I don't want him sacked now as it will not change anything. Summer is a whole other story!!

Yes it will - new manager syndrome. We may need those few wins to stay up FFS (over-reaction I know)

He needs to go as he appears to be osing more palyers by the day. He has lost Robbie like he lost Jo and Elano. Possibly also Micah. The players he has brought in havent cut it.

I wouldnt be surprrised to see Scolari in the news again this week.
