Is it time that Onouha was properly part of the squad ?

I'll probably get slated for this but I don't think the lad is good enough... Sunderland were happy to piss £8 Million on Wes Brown and John O'Gay but they wouldn't pay the same amount for Nedum??? Says it all really..

What kind of manager would do that then? :D

One that gets the sack, he should have bought Ned as he's a centre back really which could explain his lack of positional play at right back. Plus he's not played much which would explain rustiness. I think the guy has potential still, strong, quick, decent touch and quite agile for a big guy. Too many blues love to tell us all how shit x y and z are when truth be known that if it wasn't for our multi-billionaire owners then Ned would be a little gem for us. But ok we have got multi-billionaire, I still think he's capable of providing a bit of competition to Zab and maybe even extra cover at centre back should we need it. Trust in Mancini, he played him last night and the lad did ok considering the situation.

When you consider Onouha is older than Richards has slipped below Boyata at the club and we have brought in a great many RB/CBs with 3 managers and none of them reallyfancied him, it seems clear that he isn't likely to be here long term.

I think you're bang on mate. He's not good enough for where we are now and there hasn't been a queue of clubs banging knocking on the door to sign him. Sunderland wouldn't even hand over the alleged 3 or 4 mill we wanted. Does Sayit all really. Plus he tried to royally screw our club. There is no way back for him.

Yep, I agree. Besides, we've got waaaaaaaay to much cover. Micah, Zabs, Savic and Kolo are all able to play right back!

Another one with no clue. It's getting boring now.

Well Kia was employed by ned/his mum. That email had to of come from one of said parties.
Unless you suggest this was all from an outside party who somehow had access to Ned and his mothers personal data and acted totally outside teh knowledge of Ned ?
Kia has no commercial relationship with Onuoha. The person responsible for releasing the email to the press was Ian Wright, who is a friend of theirs.

Interesting that no one has really had a comeback to this post.

Says a hell of a lot.

Tevez was forgiven for much worse this time last year, and some (albeit not many now) would still have him back.

For me a footballer should be about what he offers as a footballer on the pitch, Onouha made a TV mistake, but he's said or done little else wrong for me, and plays when asked. Considering how little pitch time he's had, he looked good enough last night. He probably his 3rd choice at RB, but we only need an injury and he'll need to be available.

The Cook thing, no matter how it went down, was nothing to do with Onouha, not even sure he's made a comment on it personally. At fault were his "advisor", and his mum, yes, but Cook brought his own downfall really, and none of that has anything to do with the footballer.
Totally Agree how can you be a CEO paid millions and make a mistake that stupid had it done it at any other company same thing would have happened. Didn't his family want to move to America anyway?

forgive me he hasn't dropped down the club to the point he doesn't get close to the first team??? I must be missing something and 3 managers haven't signed 4 right backs.....and 5 CBs in the last 4 seasons over giving Onouha an extended run in the first team. It's funny when people attack other posters from the point that "they don't have a clue" and can only do so by attacking the person and not presenting facts. It's clear that there are posters on this board that don't have a clue, but I will leave it to the most arrogant members of the board to police such matters.

As a 'so called' City fan, you would know why players have been bought whilst the lad has been at the club.

It should tell you something else as well, but I hate pointing out obvious things to people that only see the surface of things.

Oh and that Kolarov was bang out of order for kicking off cos he was subbed.

He should do one...
