1 - Show your dick - Biggest wins
2 - My dad is harder than your dad - we bring our dads out for a fight ufc style
3 - My brother has bigger muscles than yours - We all feel each others brothers biceps to see who is the biggest
4 - My girlfriend is thinner/fitter/bigger boobs/cooler/whatever than yours - naked pics of our girls to see who wins

As a Manchester born and bred blue who chose, stupidly perhaps, at 16 to get CITY tattooed on my arm I resent anyone even suggesting that we should have to prove we are blue and whilst I'm not having a pop at the OP, I am pretty saddened to see how much glee some of you lot are filled with at this!

To be fair it's a natural reaction, we've been shite for my life time and I've often had to resort to feeling superior based on my loyalty to a shite team, once we're no longer shite a lot of fans will lose their self imposed special feelings.

However, a true blue, would want CITY to be successful no matter what.

The future is Blue. Simple as. and I'm well up for it.

I'm probably one of those some of you might call a gloryhunter. I don't even live in England let alone Manchester. But I love to watch football and have watched probably 90% of City's matches in past two years and read all the gossips and stuff. It was Thaksin who got me to your glorious boat as I have some relations to Thailand. Before that I really couldn't care that much about any teams' success or failure, I just watched games. After that the english premier league has been part of my weekly routine, reading gossips a daily routine. When, dare I say "we", lose a game I'll be moody the whole day and my girlfriend knows to avoid conversations. :) If we happen to win I'll be all smile rest of the day.

Now for my defense I've been through some tough times already with this club and I havent jumped the boat, but I don't feel like I have to prove myself to anyone. If I enjoy doing something I really don't care if someone doesn't like it or Im not a "true blue". In my opinion we are all supporters no matter where we live. I would buy a season ticket in a second if I lived in Manchester but alas I dont. And as it happens that Premier league is the best league in the world and thus well broadcasted it draws football lovers from all over the world. We might not have been "seeded" in the WCs of the Maine Road but in every other aspect we are truly blues.

Now let there be no hate. We all want this club to do well, and the more we have supporters the better. I appreciat ST holders as they are able to really contribute, but don't stomp us little guys. Most of us would buy a ST if it were up to us. :)

Yea I have posted something like this a few times. I have been a city fan for years, since before Keegan was at the helm. So no I don't live in Manchester but I HAVE been a fan for years. I love city. I am coming in the next year to get pissed and sing songs :). CTID.
