Both Sam Wallace and Ian Herbert are speculating in today's Independant that their will be no further action from the FA. I hope to fook they are correct.

That means that Gill/Ferguson have told them there won't be so it must be correct.

Funny as Sky don`t have any FA Cup coverage and therefore there isn`t the facility to show it non stop on a Sky Sports News loop all day that it`s gone very quiet. Just goes to show that Sky can have an influence.

On a sidenote I reckon Cheksea, and Benitez not going over the top is because they don`t want Kun banned as our next game is against Spuds.

I think he will get a ban it was a bad challenge but its totaly out of character from Aguero. He was provoked by Luiz with the elbow before that and maybe he just lost his head for a split second and maybe luiz was winding him up all game and he just had enough
But if he does get banned then surely the FA will have to look at Torres challenge on Sergio as that was nasty and no foul was given

First I've heard of a nasty one from Torres, would like a look as well.

Just checked the itv coverage and from 84.30 they have a slow motion replay of it
Torres rakes sergio right down his leg with his studs and he knew exactly what he was doing.
If anyone can make a gif of this that would be great
