Heartbreaking, when you look back at what it used to be like. Yes there were winos in it from time to time. But can anyone honestly say it's a better place now than back in the 60s?

Society in a nice downward glide,,circling the drain..its going to get a hell of a lot worse. Glad I was born in the 70s but extremely jealous of my parents generation

This would be a section 106 legal planning requirement no?...you know the ones developers usually say they can't afford and the council waves through after a financial inducement?....(just saying)Council are all over this.
