Heartbreaking, when you look back at what it used to be like. Yes there were winos in it from time to time. But can anyone honestly say it's a better place now than back in the 60s?

I’m sure whoever developed it last time thought they were getting it right.

The bad thing is, now, there’s an office building right in the middle of the square which is right in the way for any new revamps. It’s closed the whole square off a bit (and it’s bland to look at).
