A swissport airline, imo they are prioritising their better contracts so as long as they have got security sorted by then you should be OK

Prestwich is incredibly important. They do the ATC for the Atlantic crossing. Almost all planes from British airports bound direct for the States must go via Prestwich.

Used to be able to look out of the window and see all the incoming flights from the USA fly past. Very handy when my son was flying in.

seriously - they know how many flights will be coming and going - they should know how many tickets have been sold - if not airlines can tell them and then you staff up accordingly? Its like Wembley stadium lamenting that they had no idea 80k punters were going to turn up for the FA Cup Final

Just got back from Milan with Rynair and had a 2 and a half delay because of a shortage of ground crew at Manchester Airport.

Also a few weeks back it took an hour to get through passport control. Shambolic!

P&O are rightly getting attacked for the way they treated the workers.
Posters on here are saying that MIA sacked people during covid as a means of ending contracts they didn't like/want. Where's the same media outcry ? I can't hear anything.
