Is there anything to be cheerful about?

This years frustration will make next years success all the more sweeter.

We WILL get there !

If there's any City fans out there with nothing to be cheerful about then they haven't been City fans for that long :-)

Yes! Best season for decades. Remember (and I'm shocked not more has been made of it!) we lost to Sunderland to a goal that was clearly offside, we should have had penalty against chelsea and been 2-0 up and all three points would have been ours. Kompany was red carded at crucial time in season, even though most pundits admit it was yellow at most and we had the tevez affair. Yaya went to cup of nations, it all added up to lost points if those results had went our way we would only be four points behind United with still them to play. So all in all we've had bad luck, dodgy decisions but a great season. Still the best footballing side in premiership. So heads up and support Roberto and your team.

I know mate. They never had to see that Jamie Pollock looped header, Kinky throwing his boots into the crowd at Stoke or that fucking Pleat dance.

I saw the lot, and I'm one miserable fucker at the moment. The fact that we used to be shit doesn't make this season's capitulation any easier to take for me. Last years title win for United barely registered on my radar, because I never really believed we were in with a shout and I was too busy celebrating our first trophy in thirty odd years. This season it's going to be very tough to take watching the pictures of United celebrating a title that we've let slip through our fingers....

second place is not guaranteed. the run we are on, the way we are playing, where is the next victory going to come from?

Thank christ for the great start we made.......
