Is your work still having an xmas party and are you going?

Not if you're unfortunate and end up hospitalised. Is it really worth it?
You could ask that question about pretty much anything really, the football, the pub, a restaurant etc. Its down to an individual to measure their risk. If you've been vaccinated are aged under 40 (with no underlying conditions) what are the chances of you being hospitalized? I'm a boring bastard but I understand very much why people don't want to waste another year locked inside especially with the vaccines.

Yes & yes! Going out for lunch tomorrow. Everyone who is going is taking a test before they go. It's a sit down meal so I don't think it's overly risky. I work form home and never normally see my colleague in the flesh, so quite looking forward to it.

The company one got canned today. I never go anyway. Prefer a cosy meal with close colleagues but reckon it won't happen this year as I've heard nothing

I have been down to Borough Market in London today , don't know the area but it was well and truly rocking.

My work is having our Christmas meal at Worsley Old Hall on Friday. I’ll be there.
