Is it possible to sign him in Jan??? Even if we sign him can he play for us in CL having already played for Real??

Can anyone take the second 'is' out of the thread title? Such a glaring grammatical error doesn't sit well with my Aspergic tendencies.

Madrid have approached roma about pjanic, so that must mean there's a chance someone's leaving. Isco to us could be a possibility.

I will be surprised to see us go for him in January unless we are indeed looking for a long term replacement for Nasri and/ or looking to avoid a bidding war for him the summer.

I suspect it will be done in the summer. We have form of going after long term targets and getting them in the end. I suspect yaya and nasri will leave and that will free up at least one attacking position!

I think Nasri will leave but Yaya won't.

He only has one year left after this season I think an I think he will leave on a free in 2017.

As good as he still is I don't see anybody paying a fee and coming close to his current wages at his age now.

Can't get a look in for Real, even off the bench. I think somebody will try and wrap this one up in Jan, even if it's a six month loan with an option to buy. Really hope it's us who go for him!

I'd love him here as much as the next person but I reckon Kev signing shut the door on Isco.

Same. Unless we see him as a central midfielder I'm not sure what use we would have for him. We already have no space for Nasri.

Its certainly a possibility...yaya offering next to nothing defensively and he gets game after game. Isco would be useful, but i doubt it would be for CM.

He plays LM/CM/CAM so if nasri left, toure played less, silva age consideration, its not massively improbable.

Simples
Hart
---Stones Kompany Otamendi
Silva
Dinho-----Pogba
Isco
----Sterling--Aguero---De Bruyne

Caballero, Denayer, Zabaleta, Delph, Navas, Iheanacho, Messi

Messi on the bench.

Silva in CDM with dinho and pogba AHEAD of him lol.

3 man defense.

Bet you smash it in footy manager XD

With the signings of Kevin and Raheem, I can't see us going for Isco unless it is when Dave's time is up at the club. The midfield priority is without a doubt a regular CM to replace Yaya

And why assume Isco can't play that role? Or replace Navas or Nasri.

He can but he is an attacking midfielder. Would you say Isco plays the same position as Thiago or Gundoguan? No. And sure he could replace one of those two but that leaves us with Merlin, KDB, Raheem and Isco. One of those four on the bench for every match will leave someone VERY unhappy.
