Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

This is the first transfer saga i have properly followed.

I flitted in and out of the Hazard one last year.

Are they always like this?!

It doesn't take a genius to work out that he's off to Real Madrid. Even Sky Sports News are reporting it now. Why would Isco come out and say this if he wasn't?

It's as good as over. Just keep our dignity and move on. There's plenty more players out there who actually ''want'' to play for us.

He does want to play for us. If he doesn't come it's City who have fucked it up.
And you know he wants to play for us.... because?
Because it doesn't take a genius to work out that he has stated he does owing to his connection with Pellegrini.

See how easy it is to use snippets of media info to one's advantage? Because its only media stories from Spain which are claiming the deal is done. Sky Sports aren't saying anything like you believe.

Nobody knows where he's going. all we know at this point is both clubs have made bids for him. That's it.

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

I have for a long time found this forum fun and it is obvious by the way that certain people post with succinct info that they have some insider knowledge.
In this case I believe City have done everything they can to sign Isco but it's his choice and if a young Spanish player decides to choose a top Spanish side as his next career that is no slight on either him or those that have posted good insider info on here. At the same time if as we hope he chooses our beloved blues then we should all be grateful for the positive news that has kept us entertained through the last week or so.

Yeah but they're all sh1t.
Christian Eriksen has previously stated he'd like to develop at a club like City. He isn't shit at all. He's a quality player.

Jesus Navas wanted City .....he aint shit ...... and when you say they are all shit....which players are you talking about as I have seen none mentioned

Re: Isco (Part 8 (weekend saga part 3))

Incase Isco doesn't sign for us we should start thinking about backups now...

Who else has a name that rhymes with disco?

Its like the Howard Kendall / Adrian Heath scenario all over again.

What was that scenario? Heath getting signed and hardly scoring?

Well, I've clearly not spoken to him. But does that mean you don't believe anything about this transfer either? Because you'll have gotten all the same info from the same sources I have.

There has been a clear and consistent narrative that he would like to play under Pellegrini and that he would prefer getting more game time here over sitting on the bench at Madrid. It could of course all be bollocks, but I given his snippets about how he views Pellegrini, I doubt it.

And now it seems this place is getting all serious and narky now it looks like he's finally escaped - No fun, I'm off :)
