Graham Hunter on Revista la Liga this week said that Pellegrini would quite likely want to keep Nasri as he likes skillful ball players so having the option to chose from Nasri, Silva and Isco (fingers crossed) is a pretty fearsome prospect

No player will be signed without the say so of our new manager. We don't have a manager so we will not be signing any players until we do. It's really that simple, although I do believe there will have been consultations with Pellegrini and the wheels will be in motion on a few.

We would look ridiculous signing players without having a manager in place. We aren't Chelsea or Madrid, we have to look after the interests of the team and not play to the cries of the ill informed calling for £60 million players here and there, it isn't realistic.
