Good season and plenty of goals last time out. if he keeps on progressing at that rate he could be world class.

Do we reckon Txiki and Ferran have agreed a fee with Malaga for Isco yet? If we're in for him you'd think the clubs would have agreed a fee and all that's left is to discuss personal terms with Isco when he's back from U21s.
There have been several reports to that effect. Most of them say Malaga is on board and the player would love to continue under Pellegrini, but the wage offer is less than the player's representatives think is equitable.

fucking hell, how much did we have left from the Mancini advert? Throw it in the pot

Its called negotiation. No one says yes to the first wage demand by an agent.

All the above plus the right attitude.

Having just watched last nights game,i would be gutted if we missed out on this lad,he will be a star.
Completely agreed. The only other signing I feel as strongly about is Thiago. Not saying Navas, Fernandinho, and (potentially) Cavani aren't amazing signings in their own right, but these two if we can swing it would drastically improve our chances of winning the Champions League for the next decade.

-- Mon Jun 10, 2013 1:12 pm --

Isco's dad is in Manchester this week so one assumes it is to iron out the wages.
Fingers are crossed, friend.

Get this done. Sort out our strike force and cover in central defence, if Lescot is leaving and we will be hard to stop. Will be great attacking football to watch as well.

I was being ironic

That was the Les Miserables song posted by TH, said after his dad was in Manchester this week. I just assumed everyone knew this, that is why the Isco deal IMO is not a problem.
