They only do what we were doing a couple of years ago. Paying what they need to to get players they want. It's not a coincidence that since we have made an effort to not be dictated to by selling clubs we have lost several targets. Let's hope that this hasn't gone that way and we are still in the mix.

They are ruthless, because we are no longer competing with small clubs for players, we are competing with the worlds biggest clubs, successful clubs and this is life in that league.

If Isco goes there, its another lesson learned.
