It doesn't take a genius to work out that he's off to Real Madrid. Even Sky Sports News are reporting it now. Why would Isco come out and say this if he wasn't?

It's as good as over. Just keep our dignity and move on. There's plenty more players out there who actually ''want'' to play for us.

He does want to play for us. If he doesn't come it's City who have fucked it up.

How could you possibly know what's making this deal go behind the scenes. This is just more completely ridiculous speculation.... FFS!
Hasn't it been reported that the deal is done and they are announcing it tomorrow when Ancelotti is unveiled?

I admire the sense of optimism, but there's optimism and then there's just complete delusion.

The indications from Spain are that he was nailed on to come to City until a phone call from Zidane changed his mind. Zidane is their Vieira only much more influential and involved in first team negotiations.

I thought it was because Madrid have increased their offer for him?

Most of the spanish press are they Madrid have agreed with Malaga but nothing with Isco?

Not sure if already posted...

Sergio Ramos believes Isco has joing Real Madrid

Ramos welcomes Spanish starlet to the Bernabeu.Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos seems confident that Malaga starlet Isco has rejected a move to Manchester City to move to the Bernabeu, according to talkSPORT.

Isco’s future has been subject to much speculation for most of the summer, after emerging as a rising star of the game with his superb displays for Malaga this season.

With manager Manuel Pellegrini leaving the club for City, it seemed likely that his star player would follow him to the Etihad Stadium, but he has had several other offers from top clubs to choose from.

Chelsea and PSG have also been linked with the talented 21-year-old, who has enhanced his reputation even further with his performances for Spain at the European Under-21 Championships, but it seems his preference has been to join arguably the biggest club in Spain.

Ramos also joined Los Blancos at a young age from former club Sevilla, and is excited by the arrival of one of the best young players in the world to his team this summer.

“Isco is a great player and any time a player comes to strengthen us it is always a joy,” Ramos said.
