Issa Kabore

We must be able to find some space in the squad for him. If he is as good as on those clips he will be a future superstar. Issa is Jesus right! So we have found replacement for the Brazilian Gabriel with the African Jesus! Bit like replacing David Silva with Bernardo a number of seasons earlier!
Can't remember even Pep trying Jesus at right back? That said Kabore seemed to wearing a number 9 shirt in some of those video clips which caused me to keep looking for the wrong player :(

He is a right back for club but right wing for country I think so could replace Jesus

Just seems a strange situation as it stands.

Hopefully, given the apparent talent, his future will soon be sorted and he'll get the chance here.
Looks a exciting prospect, strong, decent going forward and has a turn of pace. Perhaps the club are looking to loan him out rather than sell, Saints would be a good option. See how he performs in the PL and if he continues to progress bring him back next season into the first team squad.

He's 21 now,and his contract expires next season.

So unless we get something sorted,he will be off.

Can't help thinking we would have already cemented his future here if Pep believed he was Walkers heir.

Is there something missing from his game?
If his contract expires soon and we’ve rejected a £17m bid, surely he’s either staying with us or about to sign an extension and go out on loan?

To answer your question with another, maybe he’s missing a little finesse to his game? His physicality, which is often cited as a reason for youth not making the step up looks like it’s there.

He’s faster and bigger than Zinchenko who hasn’t done to badly for us at full back.

Ah right, was replying to someone who said his contract expired next season. That and his recent performances explains us turning the offer down then. It’s interesting we’ve already got him tied down for a few years, do you think he could gradually make the step up to the first team?

Seems to have enough about his game and the raw tools to improve. See how he goes a PL loan could be perfect for him
