Hi, no worries,
best way from taksim to stadium is metro. After the game to taksim, again metro, but there will also be busses there. Metro entrance will be too crowded. So you may also get the bus (since there will be no traffic after 00.00, when the game ends.

if you can, sure, prebook a taxi. but i dont think finding a taxi at sabiha will be a problem.

taxis like to travel long distances in istanbul. so in airports, there are lots of taxis.

sabiha to kadıkoy 50 minutes. So, from kadıkoy to taksim, 30 minutes lets say.
ıf you use that metro, get off at ''ayrilık cesmesi stop'' then transfer to marmaray for taksim. at marmaray get off at yenikapı, then transfer to taksim metro line. (not that hard). Make your choice depending on the time (traffic)

yes 2 people can travel with 1 istanbulcard. Most of the machines take only TL cash for loading. There are some other machines but i dont trust in them. i use this app to load my card. Check this app.

this is the english version. check it. you may load money from here. There is QR code in it. Most people (for marmaray) use their mobile phones (via QR code-they dont use card) at Marmaray and MEtro.

Your are right. Since the start of 2023, contactless credit/debit cards can be used.

for fish, go to ARNAVUTKOY bosphorus /near besiktas. great fish resturants.
for kebab / Beyti florya (but it is far), so go to Ortaköy Harbi Adana/beşiktas
curry house, really dont know. there is a curry indian at taksim. you may google.

i will recommend you some nice street food later :))))

I am vegan and looking forward to excellent vegan food in Istabul.

I was a carnivore at the time so I don’t recall what was on most menus.

There’s a new Turkish bistro near me and there’s not much on the menu I can have. It really can vary from place to place.
