I hope that Danny Wison and Kevin Miles are reading all this and take it up directly with the incompetent and shameless UEFA top brass.

They've had years to plan and test the arrangements however the shuttle travel arrangements were hopelessly inadequate,
shockingly executed and appallingly supervised.

The post match 'coach/shuttle park' was akin to a third world country.

To describe it as chaotic simply doesn't do it justice,additionally it was dangerous.

I'm surprised that no one was crushed or killed between manoeuvring coaches/buses.

The surface consisted of a cleared surface of rocks, rubble and a partial, uneven stone 'surface'.

There were no delinianated zones for taxis, minibuses,shuttle buses or coaches.

Everything was mixed up,parked in different directions with zero traffic management.

We were on one of the first shuttles to be ' mobile' and it took just under TWO HOURS to fight our way 200 yards to the exit !!

That was following a very similar experience pre match.

This must be taken up by senior management at City and not let go until we receive a detailed response, apology and assurances that nothing of the like will happen again.

UEFA should be ashamed and Cerefin,Gill and their cronies should be made to experience what we did and see what their response would be.

Uefa are cunts that is all ! Lack of food choices at the fan park in Istanbul were terrible and as already mentioned the traffic chaos at the end was beyond comprehension ! Ended up paying 2500 lira (100 quid) to make sure we got to the airport on time home after paying nearly 2k for the sports package for me and my son.
 
Also, some wheelchair users really struggled in the shit hole of a shuttle bus park. It was just rough stone and dirt. Wheel chairs got stuck in it and couldn’t be pushed. I witnessed the pitying sight of disabled blues having to get out of their chairs and literally struggle like mad to try and get to a bus. It was so disorganised it was dangerous. Also saw older blues struggle up loads of steps up to the stand. Disgusting venue. UEFA don’t give a shit about paying fans. If it looks good on TVs and the corporates are ok that’s all they care about. Booooooo them loud and proud forever!

Absolutely nothing will happen.
Nobody at UEFA cares about the ordinary fan.pay for your ticket and shut up.
The organisers knew exactly what the travel facilities were like and prob delighted in the distinction between limos and private jets for top brass
And abdolute chaos for others.

I’d like to congratulate UEFA on being even more incompetent than I knew they were.

In a nutshell.

A dark bus park with little or no lighting, no signs or directions to the right buses, no stewards, metal barriers strewn everywhere, buses parked all over the place, not in rows, bus engines running, broken tarmac and gravel everywhere so wheel chairs had to be dragged through it backwards, buses, cars, mini-buses, blacked out VIP cars and mini-buses, nose to nose, cutting each other up, 4 lanes of traffic, all competing against each other to get out of the coach park via one road and one exit. It took an hour to get out of the bus park, and another 45 minutes to get to Yenikapi.

Whilst all this madness was unfolding, no doubt Ceferin and his UEFA crownies were being wined and dined inside the stadium, congratulating themselves on another successful CL final.

As well as the shuttle bud farce both before and after the game UEFA also need to look at lack of toilets in fan zone, useless catering, shit stadium (no leg room) and how much money did that shit five minutes of music and fireworks cost. Instead of spending that money bring the price of tickets down. Get rid of all the neutrals and hangers on and give more tickets to the finalists. Shambles of an event. Must have been organised by school kids. City need to ensure the fans are represented.

Sounds a bit like the Blue car park at the Etihad to be fair. And let's face it, whether it was Albert Alexander or Khaldoon and Co, our bigwigs have never been known to miss out on the post-match feasting etc.

It's just the way it is. We plebs should all know our place after all these years.

If you mean the flights the club organised,yes they did and they sent us emails .
Surely texts would have been better ,or even better a revolutionary idea ,sports world could have had stewards in the bus park relaying facts
