It’s hot

Why do silly cunts keep going on about 1976, like it's a badge of honour, no it was a measure of our collective stupidity and lack of understanding of the effects of too much directly exposed sun and heat.

"It was hot for 8 weeks in 76 and I walked round without a hat of suncreen as it wasn't the done thing" well wasn't you a silly fucker then should be anyones response to such statements

Yeah sick of those idiots. I am 58 and remember it well. Water shortages too. Not too many people were aware of the dangers of too much sun on exposed skin then. I remember being on holiday in Devon then. This couple were sunbathing by a river and I cannot tell you how brown they were through sunbathing. Like someone had put gravy browning all over them. Probably both died eventually of skin cancer.

The Love Island Generation, panicking about 2 warmer than normal days.
A country not geared for extreme heat or rain as is our because we live in an area of this planet where normally the climate is temperate and middle of the road is sensible to offer such warnings, even for an afternoon of excessive heat.

As these temps and monsoon style heavy rain become common and we adapt no one will blink an eye at 2 days, as we will naturally dress and act accordingly
