And that decision could have revolved around the Clubs Lawyers telling us to hold back with any transfers due to the charges ? They may have wanted us to hold on until they had a better feel for the case. Who knows, but in the past the Club have never let Pep down with transfer money. so in my my opinion there must have been something afoot to stop us spending.Or they simply made a decision in the summer that's turned out to be wrong. It happens, we move on.
Very easy to blame Pep and Txiki when we don`t have any knowledge as to why this happened.

Gaz I`m obviously a bit slow on the uptake but whats the RC mate ?Portuguese press reporting Nico done for the RC.
Get Cambiaso as well now.

This! Our negligent squad succession planning makes little to no sense. Having said that, I recall the seasons after Kompany & Aguero left. I think the haggling's been over the best way to structure the deal so Porto maximise their net sale return. Hopefully we've reached an agreement that suits all parties.
